We provide delivery services within Qatar within 1 to 3 business days.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if:

• The item arrived damaged or broken.

• A completely different item was received than what was ordered.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
The issue must be reported within 14 days along with clear photographic evidence of the product.

2. Exchange Policy

An item can be exchanged only in the case of:

• A manufacturing defect, or

• An order fulfillment error on our part.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
